Preview of new program from the Oregon Department of Emergency Management (OEM)!

PrepLO is coordinating the roll-out of this new program in Lake Oswego. You can find more information at PrepLO here, including a preview of materials and information on signing up for training.

This program is organized into eight user-friendly lessons and an activity book filled with helpful hints, fun projects and resources to help you prepare for a disaster. By the end of this program, you’ll be confident and prepared when the next disaster strikes!

Timeline OEM is preparing to launch the program this summer, after the materials are printed. PrepLO will send the first cohort of Community Host trainees through the training during July and August and be ready to launch the first 8 class series after we officially kick off the program at Lake Oswego’s Emergency Preparedness Fair on September 5.

Preview of the materials on-line can be found here at PrepLO.
