Apr 3 BNA Board of Directors Meeting

Our upcoming meeting will take place Monday, April 3, 2023, from 5 PM - 7 PM, at the Tualatin Public Library in the “Conference Room”. Due to space limitations, we’d like to encourage residents to participate with Zoom. However, there will be enough space in the Conference Room for 5 additional people.

If you plan to attend our meeting in person, please RSVP.

If you would like to join the meeting over Zoom, registration is required so signup today. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Agenda:

  • Our upcoming BNA social event will be on Sunday, May 7th, from 4:00 - 6:00 at Lakeridge Middle School! We plan to use a section of the cafeteria and even the courtyard, weather permitting. Food and drinks will be provided! We will be looking for volunteers.

  • Status of the Lakeridge Middle School track, field, turf, and building project

  • Status of Bus Barn project

  • Update on current NEP grant projects - Signs, Welcome Packet

  • NEP grant project ideas 2023

  • Fundraising ideas for future project costs not covered by grants

  • Board Housekeeping (Our new BNA P.O. Box, Zoom account, etc.)
