West Lake Grove Townhomes Land Use Project
In our adjacent neighborhood, Lake Grove, Habitat for Humanity is building a 23 townhome development project in the area of land at the corner of Upper and Boones Ferry Road. Project is underway in 2024.

Expanding Housing Options for Lake Oswego
House Bill 2001 aims to provide Oregonians with more housing choices, especially housing choices more people can afford. The Lake Oswego Council has directed staff to pursue development code amendments to meet the minimum compliance provisions outlined in the administrative rules for middle housing contained within Division 46.

Addressing Lakeridge Middle School Traffic Safety Concerns
Due to escalation from the BNA the City of Lake Oswego has started a workgroup to focus on child safety issues due to the traffic problems around the Lakeridge Middle School. This workgroup will broaden its focus to look at all Lake Oswego schools.

Monitoring Athletic Field Upgrades at Lakeridge Middle School
The Lakeridge Middle School’s new track and field was inaugurated on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023. Future projects may include building a concession stand.
